- Built the company's on-premise infrastructure from scratch on two repurposed desktops — a Proxmox VE + PBS cluster running 7+ virtualized services (NAS, reverse proxy, DNS, VPN, monitoring) with automated nightly backups and near-100% uptime.
- Redesigned the factory network for ~230 staff and 60+ devices: dual-WAN load-balancing + failover, a structured /24 IP plan, and WireGuard / Tailscale remote access.
- Cut recurring IT costs ~45,000฿/year by self-hosting open-source replacements (OpenMediaVault, Wazuh + Defender), and automated daily ops for 50 workstations with PowerShell + RMM into centralized dashboards.
- Thesis: NFC Deck Tracker — a Flutter mobile app for real-time trading card game deck management using NFC tags, built on Clean Architecture with Firebase backend.
